If you can include the following information, it will speed up the support process:

  1. Email address you login to your Anquet account with if it is different to the email address you are emailing us from.
  2. Which OMN app you are having issues with : PC, macOS, iPhone/iPad, Android.
  3. Which version of the software you are running : Menu->Settings->About on mobiles, About box on PC and macOS.
  4. A description of the issue you are having.

If you email us, you should get an automated response from our system stating that your query has reached us. Please, at this point don’t feel you are talking to a system and will be ignored! This is purely done to make sure you know your message has reached us, and is not lost on the internet.

If you do not receive a response email within at most an hour, it is possible your email has not reached us. This can be for a number of factors, but it is normally an over zealous spam filter.
